Why cant I reinstall my os for blu studio g d790u

my phone is missing an os and I tried a backup rom but it didn't work and I looked all around the internet and still cant find a way to reinstall the os. I have no backup file so I cannot recover.is there any way to download the backup file?

Welcome to the forums. You may have to request Blu to send you the file. I tried looking for sites that have it and I found one, but I have never heard of the site before, so I am not sure if I would trust it.

I am not sure if it is for your model. If it isn't and you flash this, it has a very good chance of bricking the device.
