Decent spec Android phone with physical keyboard

So my sister wants an android phone with a keyboard after liking my G1.

Now i'm wondering what is the best android phone to get that has a physical keyboard, is fairly speedy and isn't too expensive?

I have no idea what budget she has and all i know is it must have a physical keyboard and of course have decent enough specs.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

The new HTC Desire Z is a great phone. Although, a little pricey (here in Moscow). What is odd tho, is that it only has 800mhz processor considering it's a newer model. But, my friend loves it.

Been looking at the desire Z but not sure how much a 800mhz will affect performance compared to something bigger like a 1ghz.

I think my sister was offered a Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 mini but it's only got a 600mhz cpu and is quite small, also offered a HTC Desire but doesn't have a physical keyboard.

I think the 800 is a good amount. My friend came from a windows communicator type, and he is quite pleased.

Typically I have my Desire downclocked to 778 when I need to conserve battery power, and don't see much of a difference in responsiveness.
