camera app that takes compressed pics?

Is there an android app which allows pics to be taken and saved in a compressed format?
My boss has a note 4 and constantly taking pictures for work which I then have to reduce manually so he can send them via email.
It'd be nice to download a camera app which he can use to take the pics , save them in jpg and send them out.
I know there's 3rd party compression apps which I use, I'm looking to cut out that step.

Most apps will let you save in different resolutions, but seldom any compression settings beyond that. You can also set your boss' camera settings to take lower resolution pictures so they fit on an e-mail.

I'd also suggest simply reducing the resolution.
