white screen issues on my zte stratus

I have a zte stratos as well with the white screen problem if i cant see anything on the screen how am i supposed to get to the spot needed i can here everything still like if i get a call if i hit in the general area of the answer phone (green phone) then it answers but anything else im lost in.. i also have a moto g that i have no clue on what the password is any more i have tried over 586 arttemps is what it says anyways how can i get back into i need my pictures off that phone
