Problems with 7.0 on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge

I downloaded Android 7.0 last week, and ever since then, my phone has been a nightmare. Running very slowly, and constantly restarting. I looked on Google to see if there was an ongoing issue with my phone, but didn't come across anything. Anybody know what the problem might be? Thanks very much for your input in advance.

Have you tried clearing the phone's cache? (Turn off, then hold power, home button, and volume up until phone turns on and goes into Recovery mode, then select CLEAR CACHE (not data! this would format your phone!) and reboot afterwards).
