Sir my phone is galexy grand to in my mobile many app are disable I try to unable all but all are deleted and my application
Mannger not working no downloading I also factory data reset but still problem please help sir what I do

Welcome to Android Central! Which apps are disabled? A disabled app wouldn't be deleted, because only system apps or preinstalled bloatware apps can be disabled (since they can't be uninstalled on an unrooted phone).
