I have an action camera a that does that in low light conditions. Its a 5000 Hz high frequency "pitch", a lot like clinching your teeth together really hard. Something with the optical sensors coordinating with the video and cross talking into the audio circuit.
I wonder if changing your video settings will help?... note that might mean raising or lowering resolution, fps or some other factor.
In my case for my action cam theres nothing I can do about it. In iMovie I use a 5000Hz cut along with some mid-bass boost, this helps but the pitch never completely goes away.
