Sorry, I'm no expert...I got a Samsung galaxy s7. It's unlocked from originally US Sprint provider, but I am using a Canadian carrier with a lte network. I was told it was unlocked. It seems to work for voice calls, text messaging but I get the error message when I try to get it to connect to data over the wireless. I did a quick search of the web before posting here and found a suggestion to try ##72786 # in the dialer. I haven't yet tried that. Would that work or make things worse? Btw, in the settings, I have selected that the network be determined automatically. I have set up my provider carriers APN settings and update the phone with those settings already. Still every time I shut off the mobile data and turn it back on again, no data connection. Any help or info will be appreciated!
