Weird LTE problem

Couple of days ago I suddenly lost 4g connection. Nothing helped. Reset, hard reset. I only had 3G when I switch in settings. As soon as I return to 4G icon disappears, and no internet. I still had signal and could make calls and send SMS.
Then I put 4G card from phone and everything worked.
Then I changed my Tab SIM for a new one. Nothing.
Everything was the same, but what is weird is that the card that doesn't work in Tab works in my phone. I have 4G. But not in my Tab.

Did anyone else encountered something like this?
My last option, if not, is to go again to my carrier and see if there are other APN settings to use or to change number for a new one.

Forgot to mention that this happened after upgrading to 7.0 for Tab S2. After hard reset nothing changed.
I'll see what they'll tell me today at service center.
Still weird that SIM from Tab works in phone, and SIM from phone works in Tab. But, SIM from Tab doesn't work in Tab on 4G.
