Im stuck im kids mode

so i'm in kids mode on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Kids SM - T2105 and my mom and dad forgot the password to the parital contrals and when i get it wrong 5 times it asks me to enter my google account when i do that it just sends me to the home screen help what can i do?

I'd think that your parents will have to log in (on a computer) to the Google account that the tablet is registered with and clear the parental controls or reset the parental controls password.
