Failed to delete Mp4 Camera video & 4 WMV videos from My Files folder

I'm getting pretty annoyed at this problem.I did a Factory Reset the week before last.I've noticed certain files it'll delete no problems.The Mp4 camera video isn't in my camera pictures & video where they are normally are when i've finished recording or took a picture.Do i have to change any settings in the folders so my Samsung Galaxy A3 will delete without being awkward.I don't go on any Adult sites on my device so these sites haven't messed my device up i think.Any ideas or solutions to this? Hopefully it's nothing to worry about?

I'm sorry, I'm not understanding exactly what your question(s) is. Not knowing what phone you have, but there should be a file manager app on it. Can you not delete the files you're concerned about, or is it that you can't find them? Also don't know what you mean by the phone being awkward. Sorry.
