Safe mode error and more

I have cyanogen mod and a theme that I don't want anymore. I've tried to uninstall it numerous times and it just instantly reboots my phone whenever I try. I've searched online for a fix and I found out that I should try to delete the theme in safe mode. But when I went into safe mode, Trebuchet stopped working. So I searched for a fix to that and people are saying install a new launcher and then delete Trebuchet so it doesn't conflict. I downloaded and installed Nova launcher and deleted Trebuchet. Then I finally rebooted and tried to go into safe mode to delete the faulty theme... And now safe mode won't boot. It gets stuck on the boot up animation after the initial Samsung screen. I have shut it down and boot in normal mode. Safe mode just won't start. What do I do?
