New sim.phone not working

Best buy ooked at my phone.i didnt realize he took out my sim.phone not working.tracfone sent new sim.i activated sim.coyldbt get phone to work.we thought bad sim.they sent another sim.No phone 2weeks.new sim activated.phone doesnt work.they told me keep phone off 1hour.3hours later i tried phone it doent work.any ideas.?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Did you go back to that Best Buy and ask them what happened to the SIM? If they admit to it, get Best Buy to compensate you for this problem.

Can you give more details about how it's not working? Do you get an error message?
