Phone thinks I'm out of the country!

I just got the Droid Incredible 2 last week and then went out of state. After arriving in Kentucky, I was unable to make or receive phone calls. When looking at my screen, I saw that 011 + additional 51 was being added to the beginning of each phone number I attempted to dial. When I was unable to correct this with any of my settings, I called Verizon. The tech support wasn't able to help and said he'd contact HTC. A little while later, he emailed me that they're aware of this issue and working to correct. The minute my plane landed back in VA last night, the issue went away. I'm heading to PA this week and need to make sure it won't happen again.

Dial *228 and select option 2 to update your PRL, (Primary Raoming List) this will help the phone find the best roaming towers when you are out of your home area. You may also want to activate the VZW location services, if you have not already.
