Backup Error using Helium Backup program

I purchased the Helium Pro app and downloaded the desktop program due to needing to perform factory resets to troubleshoot multiple phones over the years.

I used Helium backup successfully moving from my LG G3 to LG G5 (current phone).

I have recently had a problem were my my wi-fi and bluetooth both say "connection not allowed."

I tried backing up my LG G5 using Helium. The desktop helium gave me the green check mark, and the helium app let me select everything to backup. After it appeared to start backing up I received the below error:
-Backup Error
-An error occurred while performing your app backup.

-This error may be caused by having a Desktop Backup Password

-Please verify your Desktop Backup Password is a blank password,
then press back to return to helium.

I have confirmed that I don't have a backup password set.

Does anyone have any idea why Helium is not working, and any idea how to get it working properly?
