Camera has stopped

Hello I just bought a Motorola E4 last week and I loved it! Everything was working fine until yesterday when I woke up I tried to open the Camera and it shows "Camera has stopped" I tried clearing cache,data, gallery, even did a factory reset and doesnt seem to work, it comes with a flashlight feature(not an app) and that doesnt work either, the phone is new so I could take it back if its a hardware problem but maybe someone here has experienced the same problem and fixed it ? I appreciate your support I'm advance.

If you did a factory reset with no luck, I'd just do a warranty claim.
