Semantics: I think you are talking about a USB-C cable (the one with the oval shaped male connector) and you want to convert it to a Micro-USB male connector. This has nothing to do with "USB 3.0" specifically. While cables with USB-C connectors on them may meet the USB 3.0 cable specifications in general, not all USB 3.0 cables have USB-C connectors on them.
