I work in retail, and I'm therefore not able to have my phone with me on the shop floor, meaning that hours worth of steps currently go un measured by the S Health app.
If I were to but a pedometer/something that will measure my steps outside of the app, is there a way that I can input them onto the app later?
I understand that I could just get a Fitbit and use the app that you download along with that, but I think they are a little bit too expensive for me at the moment. Thanks in advance!

I don't know of any app that will allow you to input steps. I know S Health and others will let you input data but in terms of distance and time, not number of steps.

You can try looking for a 1st gen Galaxy Gear Fit on Ebay. It should be a lot cheaper now.
