Hi all, I have enough problems with my MS , but this Nougat operating system is useless!!!. It's screwed the majority of settings/the way I can do and see things on my S6 Edge screen. I can no longer see received MMS pictures, trying to see numbers when trying to set the alarm. THE WHOLE AUTOMATIC UPGRADE IS PATHETIC, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. I want and would like my previous operating system BACK ON MY MOBILE SAMSUNG. Who can do it, do I need to go to a SAMSUNG shop and have it done? I also need my mobile 24/7 365 days a year incase I have a flare up with my M.S , I need urgent help and assistance. Thanks a bunch Samsung !!!!!!

Curious as to how you can't see numbers on thr alarm, unless you're using a theme that was not updated.

Also, your complaints will not reach Samsung through this channel. This is a fan/user site.

No it's usually just a setting that needs to be enabled. I don't have an S6 so not sure as to what exactly to change since I never lost the popup when I updated my S7E to Nougat.

Samsung won't revert the phone to the old version as it's a breach of warranty. You need to take it to an independent shop if you can't do it yourself (there are tons of tutorials).
