Maybe it's the hotel WiFi but I'm trying to upload a 14+ minute video I took while viewing a home so that my wife can check it out as she's not here with me yet. Took the video on Tuesday and when I'm in photos it just spins and the message reads "getting ready to back up". What am I not seeing that is preventing the video from uploading?

Hey @mumfoau! Nice to see you around. I moved this from the Android Apps forum to the General Help forum, since the former is intended for developers to promote their apps. There is a Google Photos forum, but that might not be best for your question.

Have you tried clearing the app cache/data from Google Photos? This kind of thing has happened to me before, and I think clearing cache/data helped. But you may be right, it could also be the hotel wi-fi. Can you try on another public wi-fi, like Starbucks?

Thanks! I cleared app cache and data and it got to like 3/4 uploaded before it was time to leave for work. Lol

I should've come back and given an update.
