How do I get to the saved boxes from the copy and paste menu on a LG Phoenix 3?

I get several options when I press and hold messages I'm trying to copy. I noticed besides the obvious copy paste etc. There's a copy to clip board I can putt up and clear but what about the saved box. What's on that? How do I get to it? How can I keep my phone from doing it anymore?
