GOM player disables touch buttons?

While using GOM player the screen adjusted but later after exiting the app the touch buttons stopped working. Opening it up fixed it but now the problems starts randomly. Even if I reset the device the same problem remains. Any clue of what is happening?

You could try to uninstall the GOM player.

Tried but didn't work. Happened before and I just had to reopen GOM for the buttons to work again, this time it didn't work.
