Lost My Desktop Signature On My LG G5

It's been quite awhile since I've been here. :)

I added a 4th logo on my work email (GMail account) and not sure exactly what happened, but my signature on my phone is no longer working. I have searched extensively and can't find any answers. It's been working fine for months and all of a sudden, my only option is to make a signature on my phone, with ZERO logos, phone numbers etc.
What is going on? I'm sure this is something simple but I can't for the life of me find where to toggle this setting on.

Right, but the Android Apps forum is meant for developers to promote/advertise their apps. I try to move non-promotional threads somewhere else, since they'll get buried amid all the non-questions ...

I don't remember how I got it to work for the better part of a year, and make one little change and it's gone.

Does the G5 come with a stock Email app, and if so, can you create more detailed signatures in that app for your Gmail account?
