Carrier Unlock S5

Bought 18mo old S5 used by previous owner on Straight talk. I want 2use it on AT&T. It's in ex cond. Has original sim card, 4.2.2 software. Contacted Straight talk & couldn't get “carrier unlock” code due to sporadic use-(not 12mo continuous from previous owner). What can B done to unlock this phone so I can use it on AT&T ? Thank you RJ

Unless you can get the original carrier to give you the code, your only other option is to use a paid service (not guaranteed, though) online. You usually send them your IMEI and phone information and they give you back an unlock code.

I'll have to let others chime in on that one... I've never used any of those You can probably Google 'unlock phone code' and see if the site has any reviews. But hopefully someone will let us know here if they've used any of them.
