Bypassing Droid Activation Question

When i bypass a droid am i still able to download apps, surf the web and stuff like that with just using wifi or do i have to have the network to do it.

Depends on your "branding". In reality, it should be able to access WiFi, As it should be seperate from your provider.

But, in the states, and with the art of provider code, it might not, until it is activated.

Droids are all Verizon devices. AFAIK that's not an issue.
