How to Activate this Backup I found? (See Screenshot)

Got a new phone, I did not sign into my Google account during the set-up process. I am signed in now though. So I need to restore my previous apps from my previous phones backup of March 24th.

I found the back-up of my old phone on the Drive App, but there is no option to restore it, or select it. The only thing you can do is delete it. How do I restore the March 24th one?

I've never done it in that way. I think you have to do it when you're setting up the phone, rather than as a sort of modification after you've set it up.
