There is a strange spot on my Huawei Ascend XT2 that you can't touch on unless you push.

It happened when I got a few drops of water on it. If you look close, you can see dots on it. At first, it nearly took up the whole screen. Now, it's about 50% of my screen. Help I can even type!!!x its hard play pubg

It depends on what you mean by 'a few drops of water', but there may be water damage which furthermore may get worse.
