Help in connecting to Google services

Dear Friends,
I have a OnePlus3T which I have been using for past over a year. Since 28 April, I am unable to connect to Google services.
Have already tried -
clearing cache & data then logging, disabling two way authentication, removing Google account, installing latest Google Play Services from apkmirror.com
Still unable to connect with the message showing "There was a problem communicating with Google server, try again later"
Any ideas as to what can be done except a factory reset of the phone which I don't want to do.

Welcome to Android Central! This happens on both wi-fi and mobile data? What region of the world do you live in?

Thanks for the quick response...I am located at Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India and yes it's happening on both - Wi-fi & mobile data connection.

On your wi-fi router, try disabling IPv6. See your router's manual to learn how to access its settings through your computer browser.
