    The short answer: You can't.

The long answer: Unrooted devices can only get OS updates via the phone's built in update checker for over the air downloads, or sometimes through a manufacturers website (depending on the phone). There was never an official Android 7 OS put out by Samsung and that phone is too old for them to care at this point. Even if it were available, the hardware may not even be able to support it.

The only way you would be able to get new updates would be to root the phone and find a new ROM to flash to your device, then get the updates through those developers. That is, of course, assuming such a ROM even exists and is still being developed (and there may not be). If you are able to find something, then you have all the risks of flashing a new ROM and a steep learning curve if you wish to do it yourself.
