Not sure how to title this but it's about Google

I just wondering. I am not sure if it's possible. I am log on to Google on my phone obviously but there's one specifically thing I need to do. I want to be log on to my e-mail, phone, etc. I have 3 Google accounts.

But on my Google Voice, I only want to be log on to one account only.

Is this possible?

Yes, I have this same setup on my Galaxy S9+. Only one of the accounts on your phone is the primary Google account - the one you'll use for backups to Google Drive and downloading apps from Google Play Store. When you open Google Voice, it'll ask you which of those multiple accounts you want to associate with the app.
