Why does updaflickering between the article I want to read and the home page

Since the last update on my phone (s7 edge) whenever I click on an article to read on upday my phone goes crazy and keeps flickering between the homepage and the article I have clicked on. It is most annoying to the point where I'm thinking of finding a way to uninstall it. Has anyone else had the same problem.

Welcome to Android Central! First, go to Settings>Apps, select upday, then Storage, then Clear Cache/Clear Data. Does the problem still persist? If so, then try also wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28028
