There could be something wrong with the sound somewhere on the motherboard, or a connector could have come loose (or a wire might have broken). It's inside the phone, whatever it is, and unless you've already repaired a few phones internally under supervision, I strongly recommend that you
don'ttry to fix it yourself. It should still be under warranty, so let Huawei worry about it. (Back up
