I downloaded sd maid app because my phone has been acting very weird. The device overview is as follows: Su binary- None null, Built in Superuser app or unknown app, SE Linux ENFORCING, busybox/toybox 20 items and sqlite 1 item. Has my phone been hacked? Forgive me I'm just a beginner. Thank you.

No, the app (SD Maid) is looking for hings like root (su binary), a superuser app (which controls access to su), busybox and SQLite. That's the report on what it's found. It's saying that your phone isn't rooted, that's all.
