Help, After factory reset, I cant use it anymore

Help, I resetted my phone (samsung j1 mini prime) I am always stuck at the setup, this error "Unfortunately google play has stopped working" always shows up after I agree on the terms and agreements on the setup. Do I need to install a new apk of google play in the phone or something else?

before, i cant even go to the "enter google account page" the error always pops up
