    I have a samsung galaxy j7 crown. when ever I call and someone answers or when ever someone calls and I answer the phone instantly hangs up. restarting the phone seems to be a temp fix but I dont wanna keep restartin my phone. Also as a note the phone is fully ypdated AND is a straight talk phone

    SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

    I do not know it usually happens 2-3 hours after the phone has been on. but I called straight talk, everything they did didnt help i called samsung and they suggest i clear the cashe partition I am trying that now to see if it fixes it. if now i will check safe mode
