Network may be monitored

Hello i have this notification "Network may be monitored" on the notification screen ( https://imgur.com/a/kPIsFdb ). I'm using an Adblock app DNS66. Is there any way to remove the message whitout root or uninstalling the app ? Thanks !

This shows up when you are using a VPN or any other 3rd party system that can see your network activity, this will show up. Using an alternative DNS (the server that converts your typed-in web addresses into the IP address that your phone uses to know which website server to contact), that DNS can see your browsing history just like your internet/cellular provider's DNS server can see it. Nothing to worry about if said alternative DNS doesn't belong to a spy agency or a company that sells your browsing history to advertisers for money.
