Why can I not see outgoing messages?

My children have a Samsung galaxy 8 and since getting this phone the spy app I have will not show any outgoing messages. I have used two different apps but same results. I have restarted app and all there suggestions but still didn’t work. Is there something on the phone blocking this? Thank you in advanced for any suggestions.

Is this a parental monitoring app, and if so, which one? If it's a legitimate parental app, we can discuss it. If it's straight-up spyware, you'll have to look for a different forum to ask your question -- we don't allow discussions about it.

I have tried net nanny and now spyzie. But both have done the same thing.

I don't see anything on Net Nanny's website about being able to read your child's text messages: https://www.netnanny.com/features/. You could try TeenSafe: https://www.teensafe.com/blog/monitor-childs-text-messages/. If you're not already doing so, I highly recommend letting your kids know that you're doing this. Trying to be surreptitious about it will probably lead to more grief in the future.
