    Hi everyone,

So I checked my phone and all of a sudden almost all of my apps are not there. All of them except the ones made by Google or Xiaomi.

I checked on the play store and they were all uninstalled. Restarting the phone doesn't do any good.

I don't know what can cause this? Is it a virus? Did someone hack my account? Did I "butt reset" my phone as when I checked it it was unlocked?

Is there any way to restaure them or do I have to just reinstall everything? How do check if something else is missing?

By the way all my data is still there photo, music...

    Thx

Welcome to Android Central! Does your phone have a guest profile, or support multiple user profiles?

If not (a guest account), you probably reset it somehow, and you reset your Google account too. Make sure the same Google account is in there, and Play should show the apps as "Installed" (which only means that you've installed them at one point).
