Weird process running on my phone

I was checking what apps I have installed and haved a look at the process and there was this 4 process. I just want to know if they are part of the system or maybe some virus. The processes are called:
[Information one two]
[HwçhrServiçe one two]
[Power genius one two]
[Projectmenu one two]
And all of them are written with symbols all over the letters. My phone is a honor 6x with android 7.

Welcome to Android Central! Is that the only text in the settings menu that has all of those diacritical markings, or is the entire menu like that?

Welcome to the forums. Those look like Huawei system apps (HWxxxxx). The Power Genius, for example, is Huawei battery saving feature.
