Visual voicemail won't connect to server

I tried using YouMail and I still get an error message. I went to my phone settings and the voicemail number it is set for is +1805637****. (I didn't include the last 4 numbers in this post for obvious reasons.) I recently changed my phone number so I don't know if that has anything to due with it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

My carrier is Metro PCS. My phone is a Moto e5 play. I'm using the Metro PCS Visual Voicemail app.

Doesn't give you option to set up ?

Maybe go to dialer app long press #1 to bring voicemail that way and set up then see if it works for visual app

Maybe should contact Metro PCS see if they can get it going .

That's what I'm going to do. The robot says they're busy at the moment. If I find a solution I'll post it here.
