    I signed up for a 30 day free upgrade trial for the Dropbox professional account via the Google Play Store. The free trial will expire in a couple days and I will start getting charged unless I cancel this trial offer.

    I've tried everything to cancel this trial subscription but am unable to. I've tried cancelling through the Google Play Store app via "Subscription" tab, but this doesn't work. I've tried logging into my Dropbox account to cancel, but I get an error message that says "Your Dropbox subscription is managed by a mobile app store". See screenshot pic attached.

    So I keep getting this run-around. Even doing a Google search on this topic yields many complaints about this same topic of users getting frustrated finding a solution.

    Anyone have experience on this?

    No experience but you're right, there's lots of folks out there with the same issue. I would reach out to Dropbox or Google via their chat option and have it removed.
