Spam alert across multiple devices!

I get we all get spam. However I've received similar text across multiple devices

Android/iOS/BlackBerry / different carriers / unrelated address books

Seems targeted USA domestic

Beware of what seems to be concentrated phishing attempts from "Costco" via SMS about "receipt" with download link.

I've received a number of phishing attempts via emails and texts, especially because I only got my new number in January, the previous holder apparently fell for these things, repeatedly. Gift cards, shopping sprees, CBD offers, a whole host of garbage that I'm constantly deleting, reporting, and blocking as soon as it hits the box.

I keep PayPal on a separate device, I quickly accessed my account and found there was no issue. The email addresses led to a Comics and Manga site that clearly wasn't PayPal. I included a sample from PayPal to show where their emails originate.
