Samsung sends out mail stating we are interested in your feedback

And all it is , they are trying to sell you new stuff.
They don't care that you say, why didn't you make a 256 gb phone instead of a 128.
Why did you put Bixby on your phones.
And why did you send out mail stating you are gonna quit offering Samsung Storage.

Seems samsung is taking things from us.
Not giving us things we wanted and things we wanted to keep.

Samsung is doing things backwards.

Giving things costs them money, taking things saves them money. They've been doing it for a few years - which is why I stopped buying Samsung.
