Re: [Chatter] "Where everybody knows your name ..."

Had to drive to work this morning with snow and salt crud smeared all over my windshield, couldn't see squat I had to stop every ten minutes or so and get out and dump water or washer fluid on the windshield to clean it off, then it just got coverd and smeared all over again. The sprayer nozzles (or the motor/pump that makes them do their thing) decided to stop working, just in time for the little bit of snow we got this morning, and more expected tomorrow. Checked the fuses, all are good. I can't tell If the lines are frozen. Wonder what this will cost me.

On a good note, got the list of films I have to watch for my class that starts next week. Pretty psyched about this one.

Le Voyage Dans La Lune (1902)
Metropolis (1927)
Frankenstein (1931)
The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951)
Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1956)
2001: A Space Odyssey (1967)
A Clockwork Orange (1971)
Soylent Green (1973)
Bladerunner (1982)
Star Wars (1977), The Empire Strikes Back (1980), Return of the Jedi (1983)
Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan (1982)
Terminator 2 (1991)
The Matrix (1999)
Minority Report (2002)

Yeah, chocolate chip cheesecake with dark and white chocolate topping, NY style cheesecake with white chocolate, caramel and heath bar crumbles, and some regular cheesecake with dark chocolate and strawberry topping as a valentines day teaser.

It would be a travesty if they did not show the original version of Star Wars where Han shoots first.

Yep, agreed. And I'm hoping we watch the Director's cut of Blade Runner. Anyhoo, pretty excited to be taking a class where we'll be sitting around chatting about these films, most of which I've seen multiple times already. I'll be getting graded on how geeky I really am! :D
