I would like to know if there's any way to install a wireless antenna on an Android tablet for stronger signal.

If your tablet have (and i don't think so) have this kind of port:

Then yes other possible solution would be usb wifi dongle if you tablet have usb host, but i think you would need a root and custom system in order to switch to that dongle.
