Any budgeting apps on weekly basis and not monthly?

I have the Mint app but it's totally useless to me because it's based on a monthly income. My income is weekly. And my budgeting revolves around that 1 week cycle. I've researched some apps but most of them are paid or iffy looking... Does anyone know a good WEEKLY budgeting app that I can use? And if it's possible any apps that will allow me to link my bank account so that I can check what my balance is while in the app?

Sorry but the majority of the good financial programs are for the regular computers. I can't think of any good ones for Android.
