HELP! Jelly bean update gallery internal photos dissapear??

So I update my galaxy s2x (T989) to latest jelly bean. I'm on telus canada network.

I cannot access any of my photos installed in my internal memory, however I can locate them through my PC the folders are all there, my camera, zedge, screenshot, instagram, ect... but they have all dissapeared from my phone.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Please help, I have all these photos on my phone but I cant see them, its also using my memory ffs!

the update overwrote the library or whatever android calls it. remove the sd card. reboot your phone. i would wait 30 minutes and then reinsert your sd card and wait for the card to be re indexed and it should see your stuff. leave files alone while you wait

Well I took the memory card out for 1/2 hour and still did not work. It's my internal memory i'm having issues with still can't see :banghead:

So you did not have them on your sd card? My friend does and has had trouble accessing them. Try installing a free app called quickpic. It is a replacement gallery viewer, it's fast and may help in viewing your pics again.
