Android Custom ROM training required

Hi,

Does anyone know someone in US who can teach me the whole Android build from the source, and also explain internal configurations, flashing, etc? I have a demand from my manager to do it, but we don't have too much time to dig into each step, so the training is better.

Hey there Marcio, welcome to Android Central.
We don't have many people on this forum who specialize in this sort of thing. I could get you started a little but lack some parts of the knowledge, which wouldn't be entirely useful. You will have better luck asking or reading over at XDA. I believe they even have a getting started resource section to help you learn these things. Good luck, and I hope you find the information you need.
