More advanced wireless features (see: NFC, wireless charging standards, 802.11ac WiFi, etc.), convenience and utility features (see: Moto's contextual awareness and natural language features, Google Now, LG G2's tap-to-wake), more powerful chipsets enabling higher-level computing (see: Ubuntu Edge concept, nVidia Tegra 4 (Logan)). Take those, and advance them. Remove flaws, increase utility, increase performance. We'll see new battery technology soon (again, see the Ubuntu Edge with its silicon anode Li-ion nanowire battery).

Things like that. :) Some aren't revolutionary, but some, arguably, are. We'll see. Regardless, the next year should be just as interesting as the past one.

Edit: can't forget wearables (see: Google Glass, smartwatches, etc.) and new display tech (see: flexible OLED displays).
