Need a new phone that enables USB mass storage with car USB port

I'm starting to look for a replacement for my Galaxy Nexus. I like my GN but one thing that I absolutely hated was I couldn't play music through the USB port in my car. I have to use Bluetooth which doesn't sound as quite as good and doesn't have the metadata display. Right now I'm considering the Note 3, S4, HTC One, and Moto X. Do any of these enable USB mass storage or have any way to enable it easily?

Sorry, you're out of luck. USB mass storage was removed in Android 4.1.
